How is your energy today?

I’ve been thinking of starting my blog for a very long time now and eventually I’m writing…wow! Today was the day and with all the positive energy around me right now, there is no time like the present. I was chatting with a good friend today on the phone who has decided to move back to Canada after spending one year in South Africa (her country of origin). She is so excited to be moving back to Canada. Being Irish, I told her that the Irish always say they have to emigrate twice!! We chatted about what it’s like moving to a new place and the difficulties one encounters but one of the main things we talked about was POSITIVE ENERGY and when you have this around you, life is amazing and anything can be possible. When you don’t have good energy around you, life can be very difficult indeed i.e. feelings of isolation, low energy, no drive amongst a few. Negative energy really affects our health and our whole being from our core, out.   I know I’ve been through the hard times moving to a new place but when you find people that are passionate about their life and have them around you, wow, this positive energy only makes you feel alive. Do you not find when you are full of life and doing what you love that you never get sick and have amazing endurance? You glow and look and feel younger and people notice.  Okay we have our up’s and down’s but overall being in an environment with people that have a positive outlook, open minds, smiling, having a laugh, we only feel this energy and it causes us to feel energised. Isn’t this what life should be all about?  So, I thought there is not a better way to start my blog than to talk about positive energy, positive vibes that result in positive health. I was going to start talking about breakfasts but stay tuned……a healthy yummy recipe coming…nicx
